Puleeaseee, that's so boring. I mean be a little more original. Just because the girl forces up a delighted face when receiving flowers doesn't mean they love it so much.
I have a better idea. Give them cash, and they can go buy whatever the hell they want. Don't try to figure it out.

tickets to a concert
cds and music stuff in general
earrings
a flower or two out of the blue (she doesn't like having a lot of flowers but a small number is nice)
a bunch of other stuff that for some reason i can no longer remember as I write this..
