even if the asteroid did hit the earth, the chances of it hitting civilization is 1 to 3, as roughly 1/3 of the world is made up of water. the next thing we must worry about is a huge monster wave coming in. I'm moving to kentucky.

Yes, but neither were as loooong as Titanic. 1/2 way through the movie I was like "Just sink already! Die! Shut up! Anything; Just make it stop!"

"Methinks" is a stupid word. I bet half of you
people didn't even know of it's existance until
after Jar Jar used it. I hope the force is with
all of you. No, really, I do.

Besides, it should be "I thinks." Y'allz need to
    be learned some grammar.

    Titanic. Best movie ever. <-period.

Odds of 75,000 to 1 are not overly terrifying.

from what I've heard, they have yet to calculate the thing's orbit... so they can't possibly be sure yet.

There are worse things than death - you could have your penis cut off by a women while you sleep and have it thrown out of a moving car*. Besides, you have to realise that at any moment you could die. Sooner or later the survival rate of everyone drops to zero**. I live each day as though it is my last - that doesn't mean I go reckless, it means that I treat people the way they deserve to be treated. I don't want to die as an unfeeling, uncaring *******, there are too many in the world as it is.

**Yep still got to love that movie

O january 29, 2106 and Jan 31, 2106 it will come as close as 0.09 AU....too close for comfort. I'm gonna run this sim a few more times and see the closest it will ever get.
