apparently there is some sort of interaction, causality between the mind and the body. i tend to observe that it's apparently both-way, and as such i reject ephiphenomenalism. but if there is a bridge, it can't be reached by reaching an increased understanding of the body or the mind, considering you would apparently localize it, but both are nonetheless two seperate, coexisting realities. i really don't want to be a monist, but doesn't the fact that we define mind and body as seperate, that there, by definition, _can't_ be a common link? and i also would think that if one existed, that it would not be found, as i said, by localising it solely in the mind or body.
