Here's my proposal - if somoene asks a question like "Have you ever been arrested?", the point is not that it's a yes or no question, the point is we want to know what someone here got arrested for. It's lame to reply to that with "No." and ask your qeustion... I think with questions like that, you should only be able to respond if you answer yes, and say what happened.
