I remember browsing around about a year ago and finding a web site. It gave listings of a bunch of members and their abilities i.e. C++ programming ect.

Anyway, you could get any number of these members to do a project lets say for example a game. When completed you would send them(the web site) the game and they did all the marketing of the product, and gave your group commisions on the sales. Anyone here know of this site or any like it?
