I once read a criminal justice textbook that discussed different methods people tried for killing themselves. The worst was Drano. The pain was so horrible, including the fact that most of the would be hemlockers barfed it up on themselves, where it ate away their skin, that many of them quickly found other ways of killing themselves to end the suffering.
