did you know how much money was plunder during the crusades, it may have been blamed on by religion... but look at this saying from the crusades

"Kill a jew save your soul"

now, anybody that goes around saying they are christians, wanting to kill for money, and on top of that wanting to kill a jew, are definitly not following the rules set forth by God and Jesus.

"rue in most cases. I just want to laugh my head off when my mom starts saying stuff about what happened, 'cuz she makes it sound like we're this huge virgin country - all pur and sweet, never committed terrorist acts against another country. Yeh right. But That doesn't mean that we're all like that..hell, and I'm only 15. I mean, I love my country and all, but we're not *totally* innocent. maybe those people who died were (which is what ........es us off most...) but their government wasn't totally without sin. Then again, everyone makes mistakes. We've made ours already (not that we'll never make more ). We've paid dearly. Now the people who forced us to pay are gonna have to answer in triplicate."

you made some very good points, america has done wrong, but we try to make things right... Even if along the way we do more wrong things.

"LOL. Its going to be a long long long long time before the majority of this country develops some intelligence."
opinion has little to do with intelligence, mostly wisdom.

if a nation was Chritian\Jewish or a democracy, I will look upon them for guidance, as they do me. If a country is ran by a tyrant we are not going to feel to happy.

Remember always, that Islam is built of Judaism, and says that Arabs are the superiors. The torah says that Jews have more responsiblity and hardships to endure.

"You guys don't even care about what is going on
outside you little country, until it happens to scratch your own
    interests."

actually, that is what you would like to believe. I have cared about the happenings in the UN (durban in particular you do know what durban is oh wise man?)

and for one thing, much more happens in america in a single day then any country in europe. America, Japan, UK, Russia, Germany, and China are the worlds most important countrys. I plan on learning Japanese and German in the forseeable future.

did you know I lived on the Navajo Indian reservation for 2 years? I have lived in the equavalent of a third world country. Phones take 6 months to install, no tv whatsoever except 1 channel. Alcohol is illegal, 60% of the population are alcholics. What happened to me there was interesting. My mom was a counselour at the most prestigious school in the Indian reservation. The navajos wanted their own people to teach there, but as most that actually had educations wanted out, the salary for counselours was ridiculous. Anyways, I could drag on... A town of 4000 people is where I lived only 100 or so where not Navajo, when I left the town, 5 White people were dead(they killed their dogs too out of spite) from Navajos wanting white people to stop teaching at the schools. I saw more in those 2 years then you will ever see in your lifetime. I lived in a world that dogs with rabies were a common sight, drug users/alcoholics where more common then the average citizen. I even once saw a car that was right behind my moms get hit by a Cow, the person surived, but if you have ever seen a car run into a cow you wont need to see anything else in your life to be shocked.

oh, I read up some more on world history, Isreal was the first country ever attacked 1 day after it was established, this led to occupation of parts of Isreal. Isreal got help, and it seems the world did not care what Isreal did in retaliation.

The best religion is the Tuxism(not registered yet).
We (well there's two of us now, but I hope this religion will spread allover the Earth) don't care about other religions, because there's always a small Tux in each of us...

    Praise the Great Tux!!!

Isreal has been the home of the jews for 6000 years. It is one of the oldest continually occupied places in the world. The make up of the parts of Isreal that were formed where mostly Jewish at the time.
"and finally if you get your information from Israel.com dont you expect to get a biased view ...? look for other less one-sided sources of information "

Like i said before, ONE day after the nation of isreal was formed it was attacked, now if isreal was mostly Arab at the time wouldnt they have lost?

How can that be biased? everything is biased, either Too little or too much for one side. The website you provided a link to was also HEAVILY biased, so please do not make empty accusations.

Isreal had a terrorist attack yesterday, the day before, etc They have over 100 attacks a year on average. So if they attack a country harboring terrorists i look the other way.

"the truth is that israel after its creation was warlike , and invaded jordan egypt and syria , read about it anywhere "

considering the fact that isreal was attacked by them or allies of them the day after they were formed no wonder.

It really doesnt matter who is right and wrong, just who is left standing, respect isreals right to survive please.

I live in a free country. We have many religions here not just one. It is a melting pot of ethnicities and things are peaceful. Our citizens aren't even armed. I use a mouthpiece to type. I type with my tounge.

I can see that happening in the future, when enough of them feel the need and seen enough suffering and realize how to get out of it. True that the religion is the one behind the whole mess and if they see thru it, they can come to peace. Its not impossible but it would take a while, lots more dead, lots more hurt.

Some people seem to doubt this for some unknown reason. I dont understand that. And they ridicule others who see that peace is possible. If it werent for people that hope for peace and fight for it(in a nonviolent way) then we wouldnt be here.

I think in this whole thread, that was the only post made by Witch_King that I agree with and respect.

"and if the israeli army says it is to irradicate terrorists... well to flush out a few is it right to bring pain and suffering to the innocent?"

Actually, America and other countries arnet nearly as precise with keeping civilians alive. Isreal has invaded towns without a single civilian casualty.

The war you talk about excludes the amount of people dying in bombings, just 4 or 5 days ago 20 people where killed by a car bomb, yesterday a sniper opened fire on an Isrealie church.Such a noble enemy the Isrealies fight(*BLATANT SARCASM*).

this is very close to home, one of my friends goes yearly
to Isreal, and the hotel he planned on staying at was bombed, One week before he got there.

MechanicX, get a clue, I dont plan on being an Imorale robotic drone like some people would like to be. Consider this, more people are Christian Jewish Mormon or Muslim than are Atheists. These 4 religions originated from Zionism.

I am sick of the idea "Everything must be different for it to be better". I do not fear death in the slightest, unlike most atheists, I never have feared death, and when I became Christian I did it because of some "things" that I read in the bible. If you read the Bible, look at some parts of it in a humorous way(trumpets blowing down citys, Jesus feeding 2000 people with a fish and a piece of bread, etc) and others in a serious way (Jesus dying, Jews enslaved for 400 years, the battle in the middle of the desert, were only 100 Jews died, 10,000 arabs).

"And they ridicule others who see that peace is possible."

peace? who is their to have peace with? Explain to me how it would be possible to say "Ok, you keep bin laden, no no, we will pull out of the middle east and destroy the world economy, oh, while we are at it kill a few more of our civilians will yah?"

I am sick of "enlightend" liberal types who believe that opinion and diversity is good, but religion is bad. I am sick of these people that believe peace is the only answer at all times, as an athiest you fear death, as a christian I dont and am ready to fight and die for civilians of my country, and most christian/Democracy/Jewish nations.

Everyone except false profets and murderers go to Heaven, so anybody that tells you otherwise is lying. When you are born your name is written into the lambs book of life, if you kill out of lust, greed, etc. then you go to hell. If a country were to say that they believe in God, attack another country for money, the soldiers are not responsible, only the leaders.

now, answer me this, did the universe exist forever? if the universe existed forever then matter would be inert and mostly non-existant. If the Universe existed forever the big bang would have happened infinetly earlier then it did.

anyways this thread is getting old, Isreal did bad, Everyone did bad. But, Isreal has the power to take a good 1/3 of the middle east (they do produce their own weapons and fighter jets you know, every hear of the Uzi or C7?).

Read the bible- the palestinan-Isreal conflict has been going on since the time of David. and Muslims were not around then...
