    That's really sad, but hey he lived a good life, at least. Did you ever hear about his Finway Frank story from the last Finway All-Star game? I thought that was kind of funny.

    Not sure I know what that is........please elaborate......he could've had more playing time but he ensisted in the armed forces twice, he lost 5 prime years of playing......The second time he didn't even have to enlist but he did anyways........

    Considering the man also went to war twice, flew about 40 missions and got shot down twice........lost five prime years......yet still was a great player, that's freaking impresive, also how many hitters hit a homerun their last time at bat?
