Someone in the DOS forum posted a message about the early days of computing, and it reminded me of something I've been doing lately. I've been going through our massive boxes (I've estimated their are over 3,000 disks there) of those old 5 1/2 inch flexible disks. You know - those old games like Space Quest Police Quest and Kings Quest are still my favorite games in the world, but most of our copies were destroyed when we emiograted. I think they were put on the container ship next to the section owned by Acme Elctromagnets Inc. because there was almost nothing left. We have the first half of Space Quest 1, and we used to have every single edition of Space Quest up until #13 before now, we still have the full version #2, but nothing else for Space Quest. We used to have police quest 1-7, now we only have 1 and SWAT (version 5). Kings quest, we used to have every edition. I have the disks for all of them, but the data has been so badly changed it malfunctions like none other. If anyone has copies of any of these games could you send them to me as an attachment to my email address? (shown below)
