I have the beta 3 version of Dev-C++ (4.9.3.0)... do I need to download the whole package or just the executable in order to upgrade to beta 4? Reason I'm asking is I thought getting the .exe was enough, but I think there is a large difference in the size of the two packages...
This is my signature. Remind me to change it.
