You put the CD into the drive, and click on "Install" or "Accept" or "OK" until it's done. If there is any window that does not fit the above description, please post more info

If it doesn't automatically run when you put the cd in your computer, try double clicking on the cd drive icon. If you can get this to work but the installation won't work, make sure you have .NET already installed on your computer.
That's the best I can do with the given details.
Who wants to place a bet that this guy doesn't even have an OS compatible with .NET? I'm guessing...98 or ME. Bah, methinks he just wasted a couple've hundred bucks.
