    I'd say the average age here is like 20, but the median age probably closer to 17, with the average coding experience at 2 years.

    I'm goin' 21 this August. I've only been involved with C++ for 3 months, but I had a 2-year background in C.

    it used to be higher... but recently there's been an influx of young'uns... i'd say it's around 17-18 right now... used to be closer to 20 or higher.

    we should make this post a sticky so that no other person ever asks the ages of the people again.

    or we could just make an option for it in the profile and compute it that way.

    or better yet, just use the birthdays of the people here to figure the ages out.

    and btw, i'm 17.5

    Average age = 22.452021

    That's just a guess though.
