Oh yes, truly a great day - the Wings show they are the greatest hockey team in the history of the NHL. To add to that, I'm done with school! Woohoo!!!

I hate you. I went to watch just the end of it, but I had to email this quiz template to hillbillie...then my mom wouldn't let me get the downstairs TV, so I had to run upstairs and I MISSED it!

    > I MISSED it!

You sure did - when Shanahan scored the empty netter, he tackled Yzerman so hard that Yzerman broke his nose... It was beautiful.

The Red Wings have so much depth, nobody was going to stop them. I thaught that the gas would run out, but they just kept on going. Without Bowman behind the bench next year, I dont think they will win another cup.

I don't know, MM - Bowman's a great loss, but Barry Smith is a good coach, too. It'll be a bigger deal if they lose Hasek, though. There's talk of trying to get Cujo if Hasek retires. Plus, they might be able to get Bill Guerin, so that's cool, too.

Wing's are getting very old. They built their team on the present, not the future. So, in a couple years, they will suck bigtime.

Wrong. It's not like they're just gonna let their big guns retire and not get new ones. Like I said, Bill Guerin would be a great addition. Shanny and Lidstrom are only 33... Fedorov's still gonna be in the league for quite a few more years (whether he spends them with the Wings or not remains to be seen). Besides, with people like Datsyuk, Devereaux, and Fischer maturing and Draper and Maltby just finding their games, they're gonna be a power for quite awhile.

Sorry, I forgot, the Wings are the Yankees of hockey. All that they do is buy established talent with the massive funds the have. JK to all you wings' fans.

Hey, don't get me wrong - I've frequently said the Wings are the best team money could buy, but that's a lame excuse, anyways. It's not like owners of professional sports teams are strapped for cash. Ilitch is just willing to spend more.

Also, you forget the established talent that's been with the wings for a long time - Yzerman, Lidstrom, and Fedorov have been there their entire careers.
