Depends, weekend i can sleep up to 14 hours.

Weekdays its a matter of 'go to sleep at 5am after writing code and surfing all night'.

I managed 5 hrs last night, 6 the night before. I rarely get the recommended 8/9 hours.

I'm ok for it, but I always fall asleep on the train going home from work...without fail

You've been programming too long when you think that dawn is natures way of telling you to go to sleep.

Ha! I wish. No. We make Taster's Choice coffee and Nestea here.
    Chocolate's made in upstate N.Y., I think.

We do have a company store, though. I get the large size Quik
for $1.50. It's the only Nestle product we buy for home
    consumption.

I usually go to bed around 12.30 read for a bit and crash by 1.00. Normally I wake up about 7am, 8am if I can. I don't need heaps of sleep, but what I do get is pretty solid - what's the point in going to bed around 9.30 and tossing and turning for hours on end? Quality not quantity.
