Actually both are really awesome.

I loved my stay in Toronto... never met nicer people.

Amsterdam was great. Very picturesque

Finland is amazing... the technology is immensely saturated and the people are incredibly bright. (Highest technical nation per capita in the world... every person has a cell phone just about. Granted with ~5 million people, it is a lot easier to equip them )

I understand you are frustrated with some of these people, but you just cannot know the truth about a country until you have been there. Something, unfortunately, that people who hate america need to know... but you cannot sway bigotry.

Every place is good when your heart is free from the chains of hate and discontent, because the world is only discovered through the filters of your perception. If your filters are dirty... so is the world.

The main problem the America has, is that it is interfering in every country. America lost a lot of wars and was disgraced a lot of times (korea, vietnam, iraq, somalia, and now the september of 11th).

I have many Canadian friends and they are fine people, let's not judge others the way they are judging us, let's show more maturity than some *******s here. Europe never been to it but I can't judge him, I also have European friends and they are fine people as well.

Ok Shiro if the US feels that these trials would be unfair and they don't feel like participating then they don't have to. Remember what I said that if they do withdraw their citizens from this "court", it wouldn't just be taking them from The Netherland rather from the entire "jury" so it wouldn't be just The Netherland to blame. Bottom line is if they don't want to participate they don't have to.

I like the Red Sox this year I really do, if you take a look at my signature you would realize that I am a baseball freak Let's see if they get Manny back. That new kid, Prior I think it is, he is very promising, and of course Pedro, don't have to say anything about him....... But then again I also like the Yankees....(yes yes yes how can you like the Yankees and Sox at the same time, well I do) I also like The Marlins, and Cubs.

You know, when I read the first posts, I wanted to argue and quote and get some information backing up my oppinion. Then I read through 5 pages of posts from Americans and other people and found out what I read countless times before. I have my own theory why it is this way, I will explain later.

Fact is, when you see pro-american posters, it takes some work to ingore all those bull****, ignorant, insulting posts and look for those that normal intelligent individuals made. That's not easy, and lazy people can just give up and connect pro-american to dumb, insulting, uninformed. It's really easy.

Then maybe you can come to Germany or Denmark and tell the wifes of the soldiers that returned in body bags WHY their husbands are dead ? That would be really helpful, because up to now they lived in the illusion their men went to a totally foreign and hostile country to fight for our NATO ally.


I don't know, maybe it's because in America, every guy can get on the net and can make his voice be heard that some percieve them as dumb, insulting and uninformed. Maybe Europeans, if just everyone had a steady net access would sound the same. The loudest voices on the net are probably Americans without a clue of how the world works or how to behave properly to be taken as a serious partner in an argument. I guess it's a minority, but a loud minority. Maybe other countries filter those people out by making it harder to access the net. In Germany, to get a decent net access you have to have a clue how to talk to people and how to use technology. In addition, you have to speak english to communicate. Those who manage are most of the time quite intelligent people. I guess if everyone in Germany would be on the net, I would be ashamed. We have those kind of people as well. But most of them aren't online, thank god. So if your stupid minority is online, it's easy to perceive this minority as the majority, because it's louder than the voices of those who actually have a clue. Take unregistered as a prime example.

uhm, yeah. For fighting forces look up the German KSK. They fought with your Rangers. They are not part of the peacekeeping force. It's been a pretty big deal here, because although we did want them to fight there, we would have liked to be asked before the state wasted some million to get them there and keep them fighting.
