No. If you read my post closely, it just means that with the acts of Osama which he justifies with his belief, it has become easier for people who are to lazy to get more information or talk to the right people to connect terrorism to muslims. Look around, it has become reality. Same goes for America and it's dumb, uninformed, ignorant minority. Other countries have those minorities, too, but they don't seem to be on the net.

There's clearly a double standard. America will invade other countries to prevent its soldiers from being tried in international court, yet it won't even let Al Qaida be tried in international court, they have to get tried in America.

One thing I would like to correct is the list of countries with troops in Afghanistan.
You forgot Australia. We have over 500 troops including our SAS (performing search & destroy). We have had one KIA.

Great Britain went through the entire war without even seeing enemy troops, let alone killing or capturing. (They're leaving at the end of the month, I think) On the contrary, even though Canadian troops were bombed and killed by their American "allies", we killed and captured hundreds of Taliban and Al Qaida soldiers.also, afghanistan...GB was the only country who stood by the US through the whole thing
In fact, six snipers from JTF-2 almost single handedly rescued an entire company from the American 101st Airborne by shooting dozens of mortar men, despite simultaneusly coming under fire by AMERICAN APACHES!!
Most Canadians don't actually hate Americans. We just get really offended the way most of you tend to minimize our sacrifices while making it sound like you guys did everything. We're expected to just blindly give you troops, to surrender our country's sovereignty for your "Northern Command" while you simultaneously insult us and minimize everything we've done.

Now the US does not even trust its own justice system to try the latest 'illegal combatant', the so called 'dirty bomber'. He has been transfered to military custody, even though he is a US citizen.
This means he does not get the right of innocent till proven guilty.
The right to remain silent.
The right to legal representation.
The rules of evidence.
And faces harsher penalties in the military court.
Not to mention that the 'shoe bomber' may get off because the new 'Patriot Act' defines a vehicle as one that travels on land! (so planes are exempt, the reason the act was introduced was in response to S11)
yeah... he's not a soldier, cause that means the u.s. would have to respect international laws of war. but he is a soldier, because they don't want to give him the legal rights to defend himself. somewhat contradictory.
