Down here in Houston its hot as hell. It goes from cool in the morning to hot as hell in the afternoon to hot/cool at night, with soaking in pure humidity.
I think Houston holds the worlds supply of humidity.

Wow this is funny. I started this thread to see if it would get some responses. Damn, I didn't know there was that much to say on th esubject

What is C++?
Nah...greece wasn't too bad when I went there. It was kind've hot, but I don't remember it being very humid at all. But then again, "kid've hot" to me is like 87Originally posted by fyodor
I'm chillin in Alaska, around 40 or so, I think. I'm going to Athens this July, though. I will be amazed if I don't die from heat exhaustion. I've heard it is horrible, with 120 in the shade, bad air quality, incredibly crowded, humid...shudders*
Try this: Until about two days ago, June 5, Saint Louis had several consecutive days above 90° F. with high humidity as well; the next day after the heat wave, it was cool (about 70° F. high temperature), overcast, and rainy all day. That was followed by yesterday, which was a pretty nice, sunny, not-too-hot-or-humid day. Today it was already about 80° at about 10 A.M., so I expect another warm day ahead. Oh well, if it gets too hot, I can always go swimming.
Vicious, I remember Saint Louis having unseasonably chilly weather about this time of the year last year; I think I wore long pants on the last of school--which shows just how cold it really was. This year, at least, I got to sweat while taking my finals.
Can someone explain how you transform Fahrenheit to Celsius?

Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day.
Teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime.
I think it's
C=5/9*(F-32)
Or something like that.
Edit:
Duh, I did it backwards. F=9/5*C + 32
Basic temperatures in Fahrenheit:
Boiling: 212
Freezing: 32
Talk about something that be easily found on a search at google.Originally posted by Magos

Shut up, all of you; you ain't got anything on me. I live in Arizona and lately it's been up to 110 with that number to continue to rise. I don't care how much humidity you got because nothing beats pure, extreme heat.
what a second that isn't something to be proud of.
