    Printing

Anyone ever tried printing an entire eBook? 1500 pages?
I need some guidance... is there any way I can print the odd pages first? and later, print the even pages?

What about binding... if I manage to get even/odd printing i'll still have 750 pages. If I can't figure out how to print even/odd then i'll have 1500.

Would it be more cost effective to use a printing service? I figure I can get 1500 pages out of one black and white cartridge if I print them all on draft quality...

I don't see anything about double sided printing. What i'm hoping for is odd/even, that way I can just flip the whole stack over and feed it back in. The file type is chm (compiled html help file) what type did you print?

if the double sided printing is turned on, the printer driver automatically prints the odd and then the even pages.....as far as i know
