Somebody that posts rubbish on purpose.
edit - It can be quite theraputic. The more they post the more problems they have.
Specifically, someone who posts things that are deliberatly intended to get a reaction. Dean (/Witch King/Troll King/Osama Lives/etc) would be a good example of a troll.
