backing up e-mails in *gasp* outlook

before i can reformat my HD and put win2k on it and start fresh and good, i have to back up my dad's 100 e-mails that he has in outlook ::shiver:: and i can't use the import/export features because they haven't been installed and i have no discs for office.

what file/folder contains the messages (inbox, outbox, etc) that are in outlook?

What OS? What version of Office? I think it differs with each.
I was running OfficeXP with Win2K, and my mail was in C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook

Although, don't reformat just yet I'm not totally sure if that's all you have to backup.
