as ridiculous and disguting as it was M.A.D. was an effective method of avoiding what, in hind site could have been a terrible war that probably would have changed the way we see things on this planet for a long time. i just wonder why it took so long to come to an agreement on weapons destruction.Why do some nations feel they need them?
