I found several of these in some pc's I was scrapping for parts. What are they? I'm not a hardware whiz, but are these my memory?

omg, hey some of them on the right bottom corener look like 16 or 32mg ones
Are they worth anything? Should I use them in a pc that I am building?

do you mean mb ?

You cannot tell how large a module is by looking at it (unless it's stamped with the size)
Those are worth ALOT (considering their age and useage). They're expensive as hell up here in Nova Scotia... I don't know about where you're living. I can buy a 32mb module of 72 pin ram for $80 if i'm lucky. I sold four 16mb modules for $60 after I fried my old motherboard... and that was about 4 months ago.
i thought they were outdated...
aren't ddr/sdram dimms "in" now?
Yes, they are. But these SIMMS aren't made anymore... they're trying to force people to upgrade. Since they're so scarce... they're so expensive Further forcing people to upgrade.
