The only evaluation I had was for a job interview some months back. It was some kind of Phsychometric/IQ testing that they put all candidates through before initial interview (must have cost them a bomb to administer). I sat down and did it and then next week went back for the results and an interview.
According to the personnel manager, I had a dominance factor that went of the chart and my IQ was higher than the guy who was about to interview me. I dont think the interviewer liked this much.
I think I am quite dominant, and I do like to act on my own without supervision, but the test I felt was a little unfair. I dont think I am that bad..... I have run a small department of people a lot older than me, so I have had to put my foot down if they didnt respect me at first.... but I always allowed others to put forward ideas, and I often delegated key jobs/responsibilities.
Personally, I dont put too much creedance in such tests.
