Really? And you think that thousands of people care about your hacking threads and other stupid posts then?

yeah this has been a fairly awful thread and i actually read the whole thing. Oh and all this insulting bill gates, he may be too rich and windows does suck but their are much more evil companies out there like walmamart or enron who deserve to be complained about more.

Wow, it took you somehwere around 2 hours to learn how to shutdown windows, when you could have taken a 2 minute search. Sir, I do believe you're a genius.

Hmm...on topic though, the funniest code I've written just sat in the background (no window) and opened and closed the cd drive over and over again. Then I got fancy and had it search for a burner, and if it found it it'd open and close the burner and CD drive at alternating intervals. I only used it a few times if my brothers ........ed me off. I also made it hide itself from the process listing once, but I took that code out once I realized I had to restart the computer to regain control.

    >Microsoft doesn't give a **** about programmers or the people who use them. This world runs off of commerce, not religion, not friendship. Do you think that they actually make mistakes in their OS unintentionally? Every time that they make an OS they need something wrong with it so that you buy the next. Now begin to think about .NET for one second. With that you need to be Certified in VC++, some business bull**** course that I forget its name, then be working as a developer for applications for 2 years minimum. Then after all of that you can become certified in their oh so wonderful .NET, then they advertise on TV that you can do so much more with .NET. Don't you realize whats happening? Then they come out with Common Runtime Language scripting. I wouldn't be surprised to see them attempt to get ridd of executions period along with the API system and try to force people to CLR script into an OS instead. It would slow down the industry but think about how much money they would make from certifications alone? Their OS is the most common world wide, and since this world runs off of commerce Microsoft would be forced to stay the same or Programmers forced to take Certifications and go back and learn Microsofts new system of doing things. For instance: Microsoft makes something called Liquid Wave(I believe thats the name) for making webpages then they make IE compatible... then about 1 year later they say "We are discontinueing its support all together" so they probably made at least 100,000 off of that(depending on the popularity) then just toss it out of the window. So what I am trying to say is that Programmers could be screwed over very quickly if all they know is VC++ or VB or C# because in any new product they can change anything that they want.<
