    I don't what area of programming you're into, but being interested in games myself, I would cross-off (a), (f-j), and (l & m).

I don't have that many options where I go, but I can tell you that I'm dropping Information Technology and switching to Computer Science because Information Technology is geared towards CEO's and Technicians rather than programmers. If I had your options I'd definitely chose game programming (depending on what language they're using, if it's Java forget it).

Err... it does depend on what you want to do.

The graphics/modelling subjects pretty much speak for themselves. As does web programming, VR...

Computer science incorporates both hardware and software in the syllabus. Programming in Oberon (or Pascal), then C, C++, JAVA in the second year (I think C# may have been added now, not sure.). 3 Year BSc.

Business computing is more geared towards the user rather than the developer I should think. Not overly sure though.

Software engineering was my choice of degree. The four year course (MEng) incorporates graphics, AI, microcontrollers, gaming as option topics for the fourth year, though I'm not sure if Teeside does the four year or three year (BEng) course.

    Good luck!

What job do you want to have in about 10 years? The kind of education you choose now is the basis for the rest of your career. Ofcourse you can do some career switching, but if you make a good choice now, it's easier to do the things you like.

I was more intrested in research subjects such as Artificial Intlegence etc...

    Now my choice is between

    a) Computer Games Design
    b) Computer Game Programming
    c) Computer Science
    d) COmputer Studies
    e) Virtual Reality

It is a 4 year degree with 1 year of industrial placement... Now i want to be in the feild of programming. Where real talent is appreciated. I think web development, visualization etc are very mild subjects...

Which subject do you think will be usefull for me after 5 - 6 years for me to get a good career.

I don't know exactly what the studies contain. When it comes to a job, I think software engineering or computer science are quit good when you want a job as an engineer/architect. In what kind of applications do you want to work?

If you want the largest job market, I would advocate a broad based degree rather than a narrow specialist niche. Go with e, j or m.
