I bet CollegeGirl would object to that...

    She would.

Anyways I think Junge Mills Lane should be the Judge.

    ouch

Last time I checked my mom wasn't any of those people, but if she was sunlight that'd be cool. I mean, imagine:

"Hey, mom! What's wrong with this program?"

"you put the wrong class name into the CreateWindowEx function, dear."

We can finance the prizes by charging an entry fee.

We can look for sponsors who would post the entries
and perhaps add a little to the prize pot. My site
    flashdaddee.com would certainly volunteer to
contribute anything that would get a little recognition
and a few hits. It would be no problem to set up
the formums necessary to view the entries.

Judges would have to be selected, and of course a
formal set of contest rules would have to be
    written, agreed to and posted.

If we're lucky we could get the contest started by
    Christmas.

A committee should be selected to draw up the rules
and judge the contest. Once a committee is selected,
they would have to correspond with each other about
the contest agenda. So who wants to volunteer to
    be on the committee?

Nobody appointed me to organize this thing. These
    are just suggestions.
