This is what I use. adagide as the IDE and gnat is the compiler.

you might look up the tree for a newer version. I think I saw a 3.14p.

There's a place with free Ada compilers for Windows in that city.
I just use adagide6.26 with the 3.13 compiler. Works fine for me. Install the compiler and then run the adagide setup and you should be fine. It's a basic IDE but it gets the job done.
