The US produces 1/4 (25%) of the green house gas in the world.
It has about 1/16 of the worlds poplation.
Therefore it is producing 4 times more greenhouse gas than it should.
GWB refuses to do more than reduce this amount to 1/5 (20%) in 5 years.
The world agreement GWB refused to endorse was the Kyoto protocol.<
Yes I know that greenhouse gases are bad, but you can't just look at a countries population and say that is how much population they should create. You need to look at how much is produced compared to the pollution.
Also I agree that George W. Bush should have endorsed the Kyoto protocol
