    License agrement

At the moment I am wrapping up my project by creating an instal with Instal shield. I am trying to find some License agrement that is short and decent. It is a total free ware that will ship with source code but I want to make sure I can't get sued later on if my program do naugthy things. Have anyone seen anything you liked?

yeah I think I will more or less use the Gnu license. Not sure How it apply to MS stuff but what the heck no one will use it anyway, all I care about is the no warrenty clausul(sp). It is a tiny Cad program and when I get done putting comments in my code I will post the exe and the VC project on the board for public flaming.
