Makes no sense to me what so ever, but please don't start an argument about this issue.

I was just making a reference to my dislike of the use of "period". "Full stop" sounds much cooler.

If you are so strongly religious that an image of someone being nailed to a cross with a clever caption and image is offensive, maybe you should consider getting a new religion.

I try to be tolerant of the religions and views of others, but it's so damn stupid, it makes me want to cry.

This might get ugly... Oh well - should be fun to watch...

I knew someone would say that... I would actually go as far to say that, in technical fields, it appears to be that atheism and individualism are rarely in the same sentence, except for all the "me too!"s hopping on the bandwagon....

All religions could be right [well, not at the same time]. But has anybody stopped and noticed how many bloody religions there are? All contridicting each other, each claiming they have proof that their religion is right.

The truth is, none of them have proof, perhaps it is just human nature that we need to believe something. It makes us stronger, believing that we can do something usually means we can. So if you believe someone will help you doing something, you will be able to do it due to willpower. This would mean the non-religious humans would die [because the religious ones are stronger -- survival of the fittest] and the religious ones would grow to teach their offspring of their religion...

    ...I could be wrong.

Nah, actually I was hoping this wouldn't end up on that, if you refer to some of the posts I make I ask for things not to end up in flame wars, although I say like "not end up arguing" or something it basically means the same.

NO DAMN YOU! FLAMING AND ARGUING ARE TOTALLY DIFFERENT THINGS.

A FLAME IS A DIRECT INSULT OR OFFENSIVE COMMENT, USUALLY ON THE INTERNET, AND AN ARGUMENT IS A HEATED DISCUSSION.

That's right. Like, if I called Brian a sheep-..........er, that'd be a flame (unless I had some sort of proof, like if he was from Wales or New Zealand or Ohio). If I said that Brian's arguments were flawed and offered up evidence supporting my claim, it'd be arguing.

Jebus, this is a busy thread - I browse /. for 5 minutes to see how my trolling's going, and there's like 5 extra replies... Full Stop.
