I recently discovered Hulu, and I've watched the first few episodes of Eureka. So far, I like it. Does it stay good, or start to suck?

By mentioning Hulu, you might invoke bitter thoughts about its content being blocked in other countries.
Well, people would be bitter because they lack the access that you have to the videos.
On a more serious note, Hulu's website has this to say about why they block support for other countries:
They even block access to people in Canada.Hulu is a U.S.-only service. Unfortunately, we don't have international streaming rights for our content at this time.
Our intention is to make Hulu's growing content lineup available worldwide as quickly as possible. This requires working with the content owners to clear the rights for each show or film in each specific region. It's a long-term project. We don't have a definite timeline yet, but we'll continue to work to make it happen.
If, however, our system has incorrectly determined that you are outside the U.S. or using an anonymous proxy tool, or if you are trying to access Hulu from a U.S. military base, please submit this form.

I knew your original meaning, but I had to get that joke in there.
My understanding, based on the explanation that they gave and the way other people have spoken about this subject, is that there is a nice flow of money based on viewers of the movies (ie. royalties), but since they are dealing with copyrights and protected shows, there is something ugly with their agreements in connection with the laws of other lands.
Exactly what does this mean? I have no idea, but they are going to stick only to the US for now where it's easier to deal with the financial and legal mess of everyone wanting a cut for something like this, so Hulu just restricts who can view their stuff.
Frankly, I think all of this blocking of US online content to other countries, which is getting a little more prevalent, is a very bad thing. Hulu's commercials are even seen in Canada, but the services just aren't available. It's stupid all the way around, and people are going to have to think of a better way to make money off of shows.
Well, there is maple syrup, you know.
<3 Eureka, it keeps getting better
