Use a buffer, buff the damn scrathes out of them, if its on the top of the cd ur ****ed.
p.s. make sure you hold on to the CD's tight when u put them to the buffer, they are dangerous when they are air born.. trust me
I've had good luck with toothpaste and a cotton ball. If the back of the CD is scratched, you're SOL.
