    Question graphics editor...

Does anyone know a good graphics editor I can get for free... I was thinking of getting Paint Shop Pro (trial version), but that one expires after some time... BTW, how long is the trial period on that one?

Trial versions usually have one of three restrictions:
    1) You can't save (how lame is that?)
    2) Deletes itself after 30 days
    3) Deletes itself after 30 uses

Most fall under the second, so you've got 30 days to learn how to do what you want and do it which is more than enough time. I don't know what other editors there are out there, I personally use Photoshop, but it costs $.

Try waiting for a computer show, then get Photoshop or Paint Shop Pro for a cheap price.

    Lightbulb Try this...

You will have to get PaintShop Pro 4 for this to work. Downoad it and do this:

goto 158inc and goto one of the appz sections in the left frame. Find DateCrack and download it. It will crack PSP and let you use it all you want. I tried it on PSP 7 and it didn't work. It has a readme I think.

What about Ulead's PhotoImpact, has anyone tried that one? I heard a lot of different opinions (on the web at Download.com) about it, many say it's a good rival to PhotoShop... others claim it sucks...

The only problem for me right now is that all of these are huge files to download with my 56K connection at home...

GIMP is a very good free product but takes bit of getting used to at first. I use it when I run in Linux.

Pixia is another free one. I tried it once but eventually resorted to using PaintShop Pro when I'm running Windows.
