website hosters good for software development

Well, I wanna make a website for my software development team, now what do you people recommend?
I'd like this to be free, 'cause I wanna start at that :P
Then I'd like it to be able to include html code, and hopefully javascript, 'cause I want a paypal donation button. (I can't figure out how to use the url method D
And last I'd like it to be simple, 'cause I don't wanna spend my time on the website, instead of the programming
Any ideas? I'm thinking about webs.com, but it's kinda much hassel, and I'd like to know if someone knows some better hosting service :P
    Thanks in advance!

What would be the purpose of the website?

I get maybe two dozen requests for help with some sort of programming or design problem every day. Most have more sense than to send me hundreds of lines of code. If they do, I ask them to find the smallest example that exhibits the problem and send me that. Mostly, they then find the error themselves. "Finding the smallest program that demonstrates the error" is a powerful debugging tool.

Well, since you are using Launchpad for your development needs, I daresay that any good web host will do, since all you need are some static webpages.
