It's some stupid thing AT&T's doing to boost interest. AFAIK, they've made no actual proposals or products or anything. Everything's as substantial as those people in the 50s that said "By the 1990s, we'll all be driving flying cars!"

LOL! That's exactly what a friend and I thought it was before they said what it was... It made sense, esp. since one of the billboards around Lansing had a little kid that had just fallen off a scooter... The confusion wasn't helped any considering we have do have an insurance plan like that around here called mcare...
