Big mistake - i just installed Painter 3 by Fractal Design, this program is trash! It wins the prize for the least time installed on my system - about 5 and a half minutes!

the interface is horrible, slow, unoptomized and look like a dos program

no wonder it looks like a dos product fractal design's painter 3 is pretty old. Since then it has been bought by metacreations and was sold to corel last year who have just brought out Painter 7. The latest version are much much better (i use painter 6 together with photoshop 6 and painter 6 won lots of graphic industry awards)
