I thought you meant disintegrating in a social sense, rather than a technical one

I think that social freedom is good, and maybe the technical features are not so dilapidated after all.

By the sound of it, the webmaster is already testing out the new server, but if we don't have to use a new URL than that would be great.

I hear one of the Internet backbone servers is
having serious problems. I haven't been able
to upload to my site because my routing goes
through Raleigh, N.C. where this server is located.
Maybe that's the problem here.
