Thread: Should it be legalized?

Even with some mensa correlation, I'm still very skeptical about the idea that cannabis makes people clever. In britan a similar survey was done with alcohol. The group with the highest IQ were those that drank regularly in moderation. Still, its not as if anyone is marveling in awe at the amazing brain enhancement properties of alcohol. In my opinion the only point this goes to prove is that the cleverest people are curious/open minded enough to try different things, yet have enough self awareness not to over indulge in them.

Either way, it's still illegal now. You can't exactly explain to the cop when he pulls you up, "But sir! The (pointless)-poll on Cboard said it was okay!".

If you had followed this thread you would have realized that many of the people that voted yes don't actually smoke cannabis, and did so for reasons pointed out.

As for the cops, as logn as you smoke in yoru own home, at least int he US, there isnt much they can do about it. Its the getting caught in public, or being stupid enough to let them search your house that gets you busted.
