That would indeed work. But be careful, by the time you reached the higher values, they either have founded a union or privatized and subsidized the card-holding-and-coming-ahead-business.

Sending the pack of cards to some outsourced card sorting company is cheaper, but due to communication issues, you will always have to do it twice. They sorted by suit and value while you wanted value and suit or something like that.

For more fun on expense of other (or your own) nations, read the "Xenophobe's Guide"s.

I didn't intend on picking on indians or ukrainians, while for a pack of cards it may seem funny, hiring 2 or 3 people from there indeed is cheaper than doing it yourself. Or it appears that way, until you learn that properly defining what you want takes so much time, that you could have done it yourself.

She was so Blonde, she spent 20 minutes looking at the orange juice can because it said "Concentrate."

When in doubt, read the FAQ.
    Then ask a smart question.

while studying a book on algorithms the first one was selection sort and the book said it is based on the way human sort cards while playing so manual sorting of card can naturally be done using selection why are you so confused about it?

Yes, but the added expense fo defining what you want comes out of personells budget, no tthe engineering budget Thats why large corporations are doomed to fail, but drag everyone else down with them.

The little guy can't compete agaisnt the big guy because the big guy can afford to take bigger losses and survive.
