    best earbuds/headset for running/jogging?

Okay I've decided to put down the junk and fast food and get back into shape and start exercising again.

Can someone recommend me a pair of earbuds or a headeset that that won't fall off when I'm jogging/running?

I like Kos Sport A Pro or what ever it called.
Its expensive, but the sound is good and it never falls off.

I've got a pair of Sennheiser earbuds which are extremely comfortable and I couldn't see them falling out while running. A bit expensive but they've lasted me 2 years so far, which is more than my previous two pairs.

I have those sennheiser CX300 earbuds and while they provide great insulation and bass the wires are flimsy and thin and every strike to them can be heard (how loudly depends on what you're listening to) through the buds. They're best for little movement. And the V-Moda vibe have the woven covering and hear that they are better for movement.

Go for cross-training, carry your home stereo in one hand and a portable generator in the other

The Sennheiser CX300 and the JVC HA-FX66 are both awesome. The JVC will not fall off unless you pry it off.

Maybe in your time, but back in the day the best way to get chicks was at a roller skate disco.

no there are two kinds of roller skates one which have all the four wheels in one line and another which have two pairs of two wheels each one in front and one in back they look very childish just like a bicycle of two main wheels plus 2 smaller support wheels inline rollers look elegant.

He was talking about the adult four wheel ones obviously from the crude diagram.

    Plus he was joking.

maybe joke but i prefer inline rollers by the way they are harder to balance too so makes you feel more mature i never get time these days i can use them after 12pm in night when there is lesser traffic on smooth 2lane roads but by that time i am already sleepy and do you do skating also?
