Yes. It's called Raw Mouse. Just look it up in google and you'll find some source code. It's only drawback is that it's only supported in XP and above.

Oh, im sorry, wwhat i meant to say is that i want to display two or more cursors in my desktop all information about the position of the mouses i know how to get, just dont know how to display them.

Well personaly, I would create a thread, and in it make a layered top-level window, then constantly set it's position.
I'm guessing there are other better possible ways. But that's all I can think of; it shouldn't be to hard on the system.
