    Does that mean I'm unable to edit this because I have the Express edition?
    The Resource Editor is not available in the Express edition. You'll need at least the Standard Edition to edit resources.

    Rats! Oh well. For one measely little thing that I'm not concerned over, I don't see much reason to get the standard edition just for this.

    or you could just use a simple text editor...
    MSDN knows exactly what you're looking for...
