Useless because you've tried it or useless because you're to lazy to try to find something yourself?

Since you seem to be relatively new, understand something - no one here is going to just give you a program - show you've tried and people will help, but this isn't just some code bank where people hand you your solution on a silver platter. You want that, go to planetsourcecode or programmersheaven.

    hey hey,
it is right that i've only posted a few ones here but the reason i am asking for application is that i am working on project needing this facility and dont have time to make it. and i know no one is going to tell me everything. i can make it by my self if i get time!

Well... did you even try google, planetsourcecode, or programmersheaven? They all have source code for download. Your request isn't uncommon, so I'm sure they'd have some. Also, chat programs have been discussed many-a-time on this website, so I'm sure the search utility would be handy. Sorry you don't have much time, but don't expect me to be sorry you're too damn lazy to find it yourself.
