    edit control scrollbar colour

    Hello,

    Is it even possible to change the color of the edit control's scrollbar? I thought I saw IE do this (with javascript changing the scrollbar's colour etc).. but then XP has this "skinned" scrollbar look etc. And I havent stumbled upon a coloured scrollbar so far after that..
