I've been asked to help on a project to port a console application for stellar photometry to a nice windows GUI. So, what i need to know is, are there any good (free) programs for desinging GUI for windows programs out there? I really don't want to have to write all the code, not even in MFC. If i can't find anything I'll just resort back to creating it in C# but i'd rather it be native to windows.
