    Free Dialog/Resource Editor

    For those of you who don't have Microsoft's Visual C++ (all you Dev-C++ guys), you might be happy to know there's a pretty good dialog/resource editor out there known as ResEd.

    Its free and as far as I know, written in Assembly.
