    Okay, can somebody please help?

I really, really need somebody to help me! I've struggled with my compiler (DevC++ 5) for a long time now, and still it will not compile my program...
The program utilises a basic menu, which I did program and compile correctly, at least at one point, and calls a dialog box. I'm becoming incredibly disillusioned by the fact that the code doesn't even seem to be the problem, and it's the compiler that's giving me grief.
I know this is a lot to ask, but because I'm so hopeless, I'm going to need some sort of step-by-step instructions on how to make DevC++ compile my program correctly. Also, in case there is an error in the code, can somebody send me a working version of the source code?
This is asking too much, but I can't find out what the problem is and I desperately need this help. Don't post help in the forum, as soon I won't be able to access it. Send any help to my email at [email protected]. I'm sorry to waste your time, but if anybody responds, I will be extremely grateful.

Well I have no intentions of emailing anyone.

But first you might want to tell us if you are getting any errors during compile... or if no errors, what messages (if any) does it show when you try to run it... and if it does compile but when you run it from Dev-C++ it doesn't run right.. try running the executable that was created outside of the Dev-C++ shell, this was an issue in a early version of Dev-C++.

Either way you don't supply enough info..

Sorry about that. I posted one post before with the error message to see what was wrong, but I didn't really understand the generous replies and my program still wouldn't compile.
Anyway, forget emailing me instructions, I'll try again with the error to try and find out what's wrong.
Rather inconsiderate to try to make somebody go to all that trouble, just that I'm rather depressed because this has bothered me for weeks.
I don't have access to the original computer upon which the programming was done, but look in my earlier post (page 3 I think).
Sorry again. Anybody just reading the thread, you should probably disregard my first post.
