dvr-ms to wmv
i have been doing resarch on the dvr-ms. what i want to do is make a simple converter from dvr-ms to wmv that will compile with borland. what i know so far is that the dvr-ms uses the sbe and encdec. vid is mpg2 v-es to sbe then stored in dvr-ms format. audio is mpg2 a-es to sbe then stored in dvr-ms.
from the hd the file goes through the sbe to the output.
been reading the microsoft web page. studying the prob.
what i am looking for is sbe c code and encdec c code. and wmv.

found the windows media sdk but do not think it contains the dvr-ms stuff i would need.
