    BGI Graphics in Windows API

is there a way to port in the bgi graphics functions from an old borland compiler and put it into a windows32 application using the win32 api?

I have an instructor asking me if it is possible but i myself am not sure? and just so you know, this is not an assignment as i already have a bs in computer science.

    thanks for any input
