    MessageBox and Taskbar

    Hi all,

I've noticed that the MessageBox() function causes the message box to appear in the taskbar as a seperate window, yet most applications this doesn't seem to happen.

Is there a way to make message boxes not appear in the taskbar, or are these programs really using dialog boxes?

Did you give it a window handle, or just left it NULL?

Woops I feel silly now, I was positive I'd tried that before and it didn't make a difference.

    Thanks Panther.
